Recruitment UI Changes

The Guild Member Recruitment screen has been improved.

Recruitment options were renewed to make setup easier.

When creating a recruitment post, you can now use 'Register Recruitment'.

A new "Guild Introduction" section replaces "Guild Interests" and "Class".
Guild Introduction supports up to 100 characters.

Recruitment level setup changed from checkbox format to direct input format.

Registering recruitment now saves settings directly in Guild Matching list and tab.

A new "Pending Guild Membership Approval" section has been added.
Use O/X buttons to approve or reject membership applications.
Clicking membership notification opens Guild Matching at recruitment tab.
- The previous guild member approval button was removed.
- The old Pending Guild Membership Approval window was removed.
