Comprehensive guide to the Season 18 Artifact System.
Artifacts
Artifacts, added in Season 18, are like puzzle pieces with hexagonal shapes connected together. There are various types available.
- It is an item that any character can equip.
- There is a dedicated slot to equip this type of item accessed through the inventory.
- When this item is added in the dedicated slot, it provides the character with effects, such as increased attack, defense, critical, life, etc.
- Artifacts can be equipped at Level 800.

How to Get Artifacts
Chaos Goblin Machine
[Location] Noria: 180, 102
To get an Artifact, you first need an Artifact Fragment, these are obtained in Varka's event as a reward for completing it.
Once you have an Artifact Fragment you must go to the Chaos Goblin Machine and select the Regular Combination option and enter the following items to create an Artifact.
Required Combination Material
- Artifact Fragment (x1)
- 50 Jewel of Creation
- 10,000,000 Zen
Success Rate80%
Successful Result1 random Artifact type 1 ~ 7
Failed ResultAll materials will be destroyed
Spider Artifact Fragment
You can create Artifacts through combination of Jewel of Creation and Artifact Fragment
How to Upgrade Artifacts
To upgrade an Artifact, you first need an Artifact Enhancement Stone, these are obtained in Varka's event as a reward for completing it or disassembling an artifact (Gives you 1 Artifact Enhancement Stone).
Once you have an Artifact Enhancement Stone you must go to the Chaos Goblin Machine and select the Regular Combination option and enter the following items to upgrade an Artifact.
Artifacts can be enhanced up to 15 levels.
Required Combination Material
- ↳ Artifact
- ↳ Artifact Enhancement Stone
- ↳ Zen
Successful Result: Enhanced Artifact.
Failed Result: The item is not destroyed, but the upgrade level is decreased by one.
Artifact Enhancement Stone
This is an essential combination material used when enhancing an Artifact.
How to Equip Artifacts
- Artifacts can be equipped at level 800 in their dedicated slot mentioned above.
- Simply click on the artifact item in your inventory, drag and drop it into the slot to equip it.
- Only artifacts of the same type as the slot can be equipped.
Example: Spider Artifact slots can only be equipped with spider artifacts. - You cannot equip more than one artifact of the same type to a slot.
Example: You cannot equip more than one Artifact Type 1 in a slot. - If you equip all artifacts with no empty slots in the artifact slot, you will get a Full Set Option.
